Entire 2B/2B w/central cooling A/C

Wonderful stay in a convenient location!

My husband and I stayed here with our little dog for several months, and had a lovely stay here. We can't speak more highly about working with Jnelly! She was always very responsive and helpful, and the place was perfect for us while working through relocating to the area. The townhome is a great size and thoughtfully furnished, and even has a fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. I work remotely and having the loft with a desk and chair made it so easy to feel right at home. The home is close to all the amenities Gainesville has to offer, with Butler Center being just a quick 12 minute drive away. It also has quick access to I75 making day trips to explore the state a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend!

Very comfortable townhome

I stayed here for several months during my travel nurse contract and very much enjoyed my time here! The townhouse had everything I needed, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the owners are very responsive and nice. Less than 20 min drive from about any store youd need. I highly recommend staying here!
