Best Deal in Montclair!
You won't find a better deal in Montclair NJ or anywhere in NJ. Two bedroom with utilities included at this price is a steal. The apartment in spacious. Front porch is a nice bonus and shared backyard. Cute, cozy furnishings make it feel like home instead of rental. Walking distance to downtown Montclair. The upstairs tenants are very quiet! Beds are comfortable! It is an older home like most in this area but the landlords are great and responsive when something needs repair. Only moving out because I am moving in with my boyfriend closer to NYC. Would highly recommend!
