Cozy Living Space and Wonderful Landlord

I had such a great experience renting from Felicitias. They were always caring and understanding, and made the whole process stress-free. Any time I had a question or issue, they responded quickly and were so easy to reach. They were also flexible and willing to work with me when things came up, which I really appreciated. Its rare to find a landlord who truly values their tenants, but Felicitias goes above and beyond. Id happily rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

Lovely modern apartment

I stayed here for a couple of months while working in Manhattan. This is a lovely updated clean and spacious apartment! It is exactly as pictured with modern decor and appliances. A/C works great. Lots of storage space. Loved the washer and dryer. Bed is super comfy! Overall quiet neighborhood. I worked nights and had no problem sleeping during the day and no problem sleeping at night on my days off. Felicitas is a wonderful host and a great person! It is only a short block from the 2 and 5 train that will get you anywhere in Manhattan. 100% recommend!
