Great location
Even though this home is smaller than what we are used to, it is very comfortable and the location is the best. We walked to everything: U of A, 4th Ave, and downtown. Very secure with shutter blinds, fully fenced with locking gates. Very pleasant neighbors, a college neighborhood. Roz is an excellent host, doing all she could to remedy any issues or answer questions immediately. Quiet, very solid build thus zero outside noise. Very comfy bed and bath. No complaints, wonderful house. Things to note: there is no street parking in front (Bike boulevard), and if you do park on Highland, you will be ticketed a large amount. Easy room for 2 vehicles in the driveway, plus great garage space. Many great restaurants within walking distance.
