It is a big house with just one male owner and my dog who stays on the 1st floor. My dog is very chill and friendly to everyone. 3rd floor is basically unused and has a theater set up and a spare room that is empty. Property has a big back yard that is fenced in. I have a mini-gym on the 1st floor: complete set of dumbbells, nice rowing machine, and an exercise matt. 2 spare empty bedrooms: one is used as an office.

Nice House and Cozy Neighborhood
This was a nice place to stay during my 3 months in Greensboro, NC. The house is in a good location about 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro and the owner Marvin is a good guy. The house is cozy and was quite suitable for me. Marvin does have a dog who is very friendly and will greet you at the door everyday. Funny enough, during my stay there was a group of 3+ deer that would consistently hop the back fence and hangout in the yard. Definitely would recommend this listing if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Greensboro, NC.
