Cozy room, great landlord
Staying here for a summer with Ms. Tamera was a good decision. The room was cozy & quiet, and sharing the kitchen with Ms. Tamera every so often provided nice snippets of conversation & connection. Ms. Tamera was very kind, and If I stay in the Minnesota area for a while again, I will be staying here.

Great Experience!
I rented Tamera's basement for 9 months. VERY kind good hearted landlady. Lots of room. Super close to I-35. There was a little problem with the shower and she fixed it immediately. Kept the place nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. Would definitely rent from again. Thumbs up!
