Quiet 1BD/King Bed/Laundry/Utilities/Easy Parking

Loved our summer stay!

We stayed here for the summer with our dog and had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is fantastic; you get the best of both worlds with easy access to everything Northern NJ and NYC have to offer, while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Special shoutout to Cafe Demi, which I frequented almost every day before work. The property itself was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Marta was an excellent host, always kind, responsive, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. The bus stop nearby made commuting into the city a breeze for my partner. Our neighbors within the building were always nice and respectful; we even started bringing in each others packages, which was a really nice touch. If youre looking for a place that combines convenience with a calm, relaxing atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

My family and I travel for my husbands work. We needed a place to stay for a few months in the Teaneck area and Marta was great to work with. Communication was great, unit was just what we needed. Parking was always available which was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Perfect location for kids as there were a lot of good parks near by. Beds were comfy and they had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Outstanding 1BR Pet-friendly Apartment

Martas apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and our dog. It was truly fully furnished with everything we could possibly need she really thought of the details. There was even a lemon squeezer in the kitchen! The quality of the furnishings and household items was outstanding, and the unit was very clean when we arrived. Martas communication was excellent both before and during our stay, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The apartment is a great size, and we were very comfortable during our two-month winter stay. The only small thing I wished for was blackout curtains since I work night shift, but the apartment was so great overall that I didnt even end up asking and Im confident Marta would have accommodated if I had. Having laundry on the premises was also a big plus (quarter washer and free dryer). Overall, a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Great stay

Great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a bus stop conveniently nearby. The place itself was very clean and had all the necessities. I was also impressed by how clean and well maintained the shared laundry space was. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Fantastic stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Marta was very attentive and responded quickly. The property is very nice and clean and has everything that I needed! Definitely would come again.

Amazing Place

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The apartment is very clean and brand new, and the Marta thought of everything! I moved in and only had to buy groceries. The bed is super comfortable. The laundry is available and very clean. The parking is easy and in front of the house. Marta is always available and always kind. She is very sweet and makes sure you are enjoying your stay. She is an example of how all landlords should be. Thank you SO much Marta!

Love this apartment!

This place was amazing! The apartment itself is so nice and had everything you need! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and all the neighbors are very friendly! Marta also was always very helpful and responded quick! Theres so much to do near by as well! Great location, I absolutely loved my stay!

This place was awesome. It's in a great, safe location. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a park directly down the road within walking distance. Grocery stores and food options are only a couple minutes away. The property itself has everything you could need and parking isn't an issue. The only con is that there's only 1 ac in the living room so the bedrooms get pretty hot in the summer

I loved this place. It looks exactly like the photos, the landlord is extremely communicative, and the neighborhood is nice. It's super easy to get from the nearby bus stop to nyc. The heating and cooling are both great in the winter and summer. I recommend it highly.

Amazing Stay!

The photos dont do this place justice! It is so cute and cozy. The beds are soo comfy. The many windows create the best vibe and lighting. The host is incredibly responsive. Our AC was not working as well in one room and the next day she had a brand new AC unit installed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Laundry is shared but felt private and very clean and easy to use. We loved our stay here!!
