Great Stay for Med Students!!

Quiet and convenient rental in Edgewater Miami perfect for medical students! Close to Jackson hospital, but in a much nicer area. The condo has great amenities including a full size gym, barbershop, convenient store, covered parking, and restaurant. Amazing views of Miami, and continently located next to Publix, and a large park. I had a great experience here, and the landlord is amazing!! I highly recommend if coming to Miami for a few months, and especially if you're a med student looking for quality housing that's near enough to the fun of Miami, but far enough enough away to still be quiet.

Bright, extremely well-kept, and clean. It was immaculate when I moved in. The furniture and appliances all seem like new. I worked from the unit, never had any problems. The pullout sofa-bed is very convenient, the desk is very roomy. The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking. The unit has a washer/dryer - HUGELY convenient! Looking at the photos posted here, they are spot-on. You have to pass by security to get inside from the lobby, so I felt very safe. Very quiet floor. The building has a gym, sauna, pool, and even a convenience store in the lobby. All common areas are very clean. The owners are extremely responsive. The unit is in such great shape that I honestly didnt need much from them during my stay. But when I had questions, they responded within a minute or two. They are very kind, detail-oriented and meticulous, and this can be seen in the quality of the unit. In all, a wonderful space, great location, and amazing owners!
