Amazing!!

Our family was so blessed with being able to stay in Mrs.Kristie's unit while we were relocating to the area. She was incredibly hospitable, asking if we needed anything during our stay. If we had any questions or concerns, (very rare), she was very quick to respond. The townhouse was perfect for our kids, it's an end unit with a huge grassy area!! There were plenty of linens, cookware, dinnerware. The bedrooms and closets were spacious!! You couldn't ask for a better landlord!!!

Excellent Place - Best Experience Ever!!

Our son was in town for a summer internship and we were so blessed to find Ms. Kristie and this unit. The unit itself is brand new with excellent amenities and location - easy commute and near shopping, gym, etc. Photos of the unit don't do it justice as it's even nicer in person (even has a garage and security system). The best part of our experience was the thoughtfulness and care from the landlord - Ms. Kristie. She had starter packs for dishwasher, laundry, and other amenities. She was extremely helpful in telling us about the area (as first time in the area) and recommendations for dining and play. She takes her responsibility to her tenants very seriously - we live several hours away, but knowing that our son had a contact to help him in a new town gave us, as parents, great peace of mind. We can't say enough good things about Ms. Kristie and our experience.

If you see this listing available, jump on it! Kristi is the best landlord I could have ever asked for. She is super helpful and responsive if you happen to have any issues at all. She always keeps you updated on what's going on, like pest control coming or if she's going out of town. The townhouse itself is beautiful. It's still pretty new, so I truly had no issues at all with the property. It's in a nice townhome community with friendly neighbors. Very quiet and calm area. If I were ever in the area again, I would absolutely stay here again.

Totally a Five Star Property and Location!!!

Highly recommend this property and it's awesome, exceptional property owner!!! It exceeded our expectations and more. The property was spotless and stocked with the basic things we needed. Beautiful kitchen, large master bedroom with private bathroom and very comfy beds in a quiet newly established neighborhood. Property description is perfectly stated. It is an end unit with a large outside green area with picnic tables and benches. Great location that is in close proximity of the hospital, mall, restaurants, YMCA and a beautiful paved hiking trail. The instructions and communicate prior to arrival were complete and clear. Property owner is top notch!!! Would love to come back to this property someday!!!
