Enjoyed my stay, will book again!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The managers were very accommodating, helpful and responsive to my needs and questions. It was a very easy to check in. The house is very clean and it was a quiet area. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is a half bathroom on the first floor which was very convenient. I stayed in the on-suite room great space and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer on property. Nice yard in back and got some sun with my recliner. Close to VCU and Richmond City. Great security and I felt very safe. Thank you to the local managers.

Very disappointed

I saw this property and was smitten until speaking with the owner. The owner asked me to fill out a background check which actually ended up being a credit check and unknown to meI had to pay for it! He then combed thru my credit asking about the balances on different accounts. I had never incurred any thing like it before. The owner decided to rent to me and I was ready. I started my journey there from SD. I arrive to find that it is in a VERY, VERY urban and industrial area where its the BEST house in the entire neighborhood, be very careful and observant. There are two gas stations near the property that I would advise not going to after dark and also no grocery stores, parks, fast food, etc. nearby. The owner watches your comings and goings via the ring doorbell. If something is not to his liking whether you didnt lock the door or parked to close to the grass he will send you a text message or address you through the actual ring doorbell. That felt like an invasion of privacy.
