A Lovely Home
I stayed by Ms Denise for 6 weeks and I enjoyed my experience! She is very nice, caring, and easy to communicate with. She ensured that I was well taken care of throughout my stay. The place was very clean and was provided with everything I needed. The room was quite spacious and it felt like my home away from home. There were 2 other roommates and they were very lovely. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Queens.

Excellent Host- Clean, Comfortable, and Professional
I had a wonderful experience living at Denises place. She keeps everything very clean and welcoming, and really goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Denise is kind, thoughtful, and very easy to communicate with. Even though I had to leave earlier than expected, she was very understanding and promptly refunded my deposit. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care, and I would highly recommend renting from Denise.

Great experience
As a medical student renting from Denise, I had a wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind and always checks in to make sure everything is going well. Whenever we needed something, she did her best to provide it and make us more comfortable. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is very, very clean. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!!

"Home Away From Home"
We recently stayed at Denise for a month and it was a wonderful experience. The house was impecablely clean and the decor was cozy and modern. I especially love the large windows that allowed natural sunlight and the spacious living room. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with useful tips on local attractions and direction to get to these places. We had a great stay!
