Walking distance to the park, great trails, tennis, pickleball and the city of Mint Hill does monthly activites, concerts and fireworks in the fall at this park. Our home is on 2.3 acres and it has a fishing pond, outdoor grilling area to share and firepit. Wonderful outdoor activities and beautiful surroundings.

3 Bedroom 2 bath home with the option of renting the mother's quarters as well to make it a 4/3. Mother's quarters (private enterance). The Laundry room is shared with unit B (both of you have private entrances to the Laundry room - you can not access their space and they can not access yours.

Beautiful house on 2.3 acres with a fishing pond (catch and release) at the end of the street, awesome park within walking distance right down the street where the city does the fireworks, concerts and other events. The home is less than 3 years old and in great shape.

Great Stay
My stay was amazing! Frank was very responsive and kind. The place was beautiful and perfect for my 3 months stay. Very quiet and close to everything. I had all the basics I needed for my stay. Would definitely recommend! 10/10!
