I am a travel nurse. I was fortunate enough to rent this studio for 3 weeks in between contracts for some R and R. It was the perfect spot for me and my pooch to do that. It is 2 blocks from Venice Beach and everything that has to offer: dining, recreation, sunsets, pooch walking and people watching to name a few. It is also in walking distance to Kinney Street. (I almost enjoyed walking to Kinney Street to shop and treat myself to Salt and Straw as much as walking to the beach). Also thoroughly enjoyed biking on the trail next to the beach which goes on for miles. The studio comes with 1 assigned parking space, has laundry on site, the queen sized bed is comfy and the wifi works well. M was a fabulous resource for providing recommendations for dining or other activities (if the beach isn't enough). He was also timely with his response to my inquiry about the microwave. I felt safe there and would stay again if ever in the area again.
