Great Cozy Stay

I stayed with AJ from December 2024 to August of 2025. She was very attentive, communicative, and flexible with my needs as a renter. The room was in great condition. The laundry service was easy to use and was clean. The location was safe and there were no issues with packages mailed to the address. Plenty of street parking. There were no issues accessing my room, noise, or privacy. The mini kitchen was perfect for weekly meal prepping. The room requires no furniture or amenities of your own and for those who are busy working or have just moved to the area, this place is perfect. I would highly recommend a stay with AJ.

Cozy and safe

This property is absolute perfection for someone who is a minimalist. You have everything you could possibly need including your own bedroom and bathroom, kitchenware, access to washer and dryer, and starter toiletries. The neighborhood is very safe with plenty of street parking. AJ was also a very responsive host and frequently reached out to ask if I needed anything. Highly recommend this place!

Great, cozy stay!

Our host AJ was very friendly and responsive. The room was very clean, quiet, and had all the important essentials provided. Super close walk to Highland Hospital for those working or rotating through there. Definitely recommend this place for your stay!
