Great landlord and stay
I really liked this casita. It’s new construction, has a large bathroom and walk-in shower, washer and dryer, and was well-stocked. Great neighborhood too. Good for taking walks and quiet.

Great place to stay!
My short stay in the casita ended up being home for one year! It is so comfortable, clean, modern, quiet, safe, and in such a great neighborhood that I just kept staying. Landlord is great, attentive when you need her otherwise gives you your space. You can see Piestawa Peak from the kitchen window, it's close to so many great restaurants, bars, shopping and is an easy commute to most major hospitals in the valley. Highly recommend the casita! I hope I get to stay again next time I'm back.
