A great place to stay with a very helpful landlord

The house is well-equipped and located within easy walking distance of lots of great parts of Santa Fe. The Railyard is less than ten minutes away on foot, and the downtown plaza is only about 25 minutes. It's on a short cul-de-sac, which means there's no traffic coming by, and is pretty quiet. There weren't any super significant issues, but the few that did arise during my stay were quickly addressed by Nancy. She did a great job of keeping me in the loop about what was going on. Highly recommended.

Perfect Ninita!

We can't say enough about the fantastic location, large fenced front and back yards (our pup was thrilled), nearby paved walking trails, exceptionally clean home, and delightful host. So much thought and creativity was put into making this beautiful home the perfect Santa Fe rental! We had absolutely everything we needed, and couldn't have been more comfortable. We stayed for a month, and hope to rent here again when we return.
