Great rental!
This was one of the best rentals Ive stayed in during my clinical rotations! The place was very clean upon arrival and so much bigger in person!! There is a great additional laundry room included as well! The kitchen is very well stocked, along with cleaning supplies and miscellaneous items (towels, beach gear, games, etc. ). I loved my stay here and Todd was great and very responsive with anything I needed throughout my stay!! The neighborhood is also very safe and nice, there is a park just a block away that has tennis courts and a great loop for long walks as well!!

An absolute GEM
First things first the pictures do not do this place justice. The decor is gorgeous and the place is massive. I was thoroughly impressed with how thoughtful the landlord was in supplying everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed is incredibly comfy and the couch also is so relaxing. Perfect location and I never had trouble finding parking in front of the house day or night. Landlord is incredibly responsive and I never had any issues. I'm so glad I picked this listing for my new temporary home in Chicago. 10 stars.
