Convenient location

Large private backyard great for pets! Private entrance into cozy but large comfortable apartment. Loved the shower water pressure! Queen bed very comfortable with no natural light, making it a perfect sleep space! Loved the large walk in closet that allowed for extra storage. Convenient location of full size washer and dryer right off the kitchen. Homeowners Debbie and Eddie were very accommodating and sweet. Unfortunately, circumstances changed and we needed a two bedroom or we would've stayed there long-term.

Please reference the other review because I can not state it any better. It is as described by the previous tenant. In addition, the landlords are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They are gracious and respectful people. If you're a healthcare worker, they especially understand your needs. The location is perfect if you're working in Marietta and do not want the ATL traffic. My dog loves the backyard it is huge and provides more than enough space to exercise. If you like a vanity area to sit and a bathub to soak, this place has it.

Quiet area near everything

This property is in East Cobb county on a very quiet road which is off of a cul-de-sac so it is very private. The grounds are nicely wooded and there is a lovely koi pond with a serene small waterfall with sitting area, the perfect place for morning coffee!The space is essentially the whole bottom floor so lots of room to spread out. The rooms are very spacious and clean! The decor is calming and pretty. The bedroom is large with a very large walk-in closet! The bathroom is spacious and very functional. There is a separate large and comfortable sitting area.The hosts are super sweet and were very accommodating. The property is close to multiple medical facilities using back roads so you can avoid Atlanta traffic! It is only 5 minutes to interstate 75, and is close to lots of shopping.
