All the stars!

Sandra and Stephan have made a great space with this rental. Just as the photos show it's well appointed, clean, modern and everything functions perfectly (i.e. climate control, internet). The space feels private and the shared yard and central covered patio are inviting. Location wise was also great for me, it's close to the freeway, under 10 minutes to the rock gyms and the canyons, lots of grocery stores are nearby, and the neighborhood is really nice for an evening walk. I stayed for 6 months over the winter and felt at home right away. Stephan and Sandra are top tier landlords and great people and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again!

Lovely home and family

TThis place was such a beautiful find. The apartment was spotless, tastefully designed, and exactly like the photosmaybe even better in person. Its an attached ADU, but it still felt private and quiet. The shared patio in the middle of the property is absolutely lovely a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Stephan and Sandra are incredible hostswarm, welcoming, and super communicative throughout my stay. You can really feel the care they put into the space and into making sure guests feel at home. Id stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Stay In Holladay!

Stephan and Sandra were very communicative and made me feel very welcome during my stay at their place! The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the mountains for adventures, as well as to downtown Holladay / Sugar House. The unit is modern with a nice bedroom and a loft area for visitors or for working. The kitchen is small but has the essentials for cooking, with a great common area, couch, and TV. The layout allows for a lot of natural light, which was a welcome sight compared to many of the basement in-law units. I would highly recommend this space for someone who is looking for a quiet stay in a modern apartment next to the mountains!
