Quiet 1 BR cottage with washer/dryer and your own parking spot

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here last fall for several months. The home had everything we needed. It was clean, light and airy, and in a quiet location. There is a dedicated off-street parking spot and even a shed in back for storing extra belongings. The location was ideal for us—an easy drive to the Arcata Plaza, the Arcata Marsh, and the ocean beaches in Manila and Samoa. Christine was a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and friendly. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at Christines rental while visiting family. The place was clean, cozy, and had convenient off-street parking. Christine was a fantastic hostwarm and responsive. We hope to stay again on our next trip!

Loved Staying Here

Christine is the best landlord I've had. Very on top of things and always made sure I had what I needed. The cottage is perfect size with everything you could need and in a quiet area. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk into town. Internet is quick (1GB fiber) and everything worked great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Christine's cottage. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. It was also only about a 5-7 minute drive to Mad River hospital. And Christine was a great host and was quick to respond to texts, was very helpful, and made sure that her property was well equipped for her tenants. I truly cannot recommend Christine and her property enough!
