Nice house, spacious, and unique.
1st, The landlord M, is great. She was always available for questions and always great with communicating and making sure we had everything we need and a very kind person. The home has great furniture and design. Tvs in both bedrooms and livingroom. lots of storage and closet space. the neighborhood is quiet and safe and walkable, with a nice park 2 blocks away

Perfect Home Away From Home
This unit was so cute and cozy. I would 100% recommend this place if you're visiting Colorado Springs! Great location that was close to Penrose Hospital with a beautiful view of the mountains every morning on your way! M was an outstanding, proactive host, and a true pleasure to rent from. She made sure we got settled in easy, and being the first guests here, she was quick to respond to anything we needed or questions we may have had. Would definitely stay here again!
