As you move into the home there is a small dining area, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a large living room with access to the fenced in backyard. The home is a mix of original wood flooring and brand new laminate wood flooring.
This newly updated home sits just south of the Hillside exit off Kellogg. You have the accessibility to the highway without the noise as the home is resides in a neighborhood off Hillside. The closest grocery store, Dillons, is exactly 1 mile away, as well as the Crown Uptown, restaurants galore, shopping, and College Hill Park.

This was overall a great place to stay during my travel contract in Wichita. Easy and close commute to the hospitals. I felt safe in the part of town. Clean, comfortable, and good functioning home. The owners are extremely kind and responsive. The fenced backyard was great for my furbaby. Streaming and internet were top notch as I'm also a student and this was important for studying and relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks!
