Newly Built Modern Loft Near Beaches, Hospitals, and LAX Airport

Wonderful Stay!

I stayed at this apartment for 4 months and the location was perfect as it was close to my work, peaceful, and homely. The unit itself was very clean, modern, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The apartment has all the little conveniences and lovely amenities that make it feel cozy, and easy to settle into. The landlady, Mina, and her family are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met. Always attentive, genuinely caring, and respectful, they made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. Their warmth and generosity turned an already great apartment into a place Ill genuinely miss. Im incredibly grateful for my time here and cant recommend this place highly enough. If youre looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with easy access and truly amazing hosts, this is a five-star stay in every sense. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to friends, family, or anyone relocating for work.

5 star

Mrs. Mina was such an excellent landlord. She is attentive, caring, and kind. I stayed for three months and had no issues. The property is clean and modern. It looks exactly like the pictures. I love that the unit had a parking space in a gated yard and washer and dryer machines. Overall, I would recommend this place to my family and friends, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again, Mrs. Mina, for being such a great landlord.

One of the best places I've ever stayed at

This property was a wonderful place to stay for my 3 months in LA. It was fully stocked and furnished and Mina was always very attentive. Everything was brand new and I never had an issue. I was really happy to have met such a wonderful landlord. I would recommend for my friends to stay here and I hope you will get to enjoy it as much as I did.

AMAZING gem and incredible people

Relocated to LA for work and found this carriage house close to my office. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) in the unit is brand new, they just finished construction prior to my move in earlier this year. The home is one of the most thoughtfully designed homes I've ever been in, the space feels very large because of the open floor plan and loft style bedroom. It's a very modern and sleek design. Honestly, I want to imitate what they built here for my own home!! Gated parking with plenty of space for both my car and motorcycle. The unit is 5 stars all around, very nice amenities and the landlord is one of the kindest people I've ever met, it made my stay incalculably better. They are above and beyond good humans and made my stay so much more welcoming I will seriously miss them. Very grateful to them for opening their home and being so kind and authentic. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
