Comfortable and Inviting Home

I stayed in the home for six months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, inviting, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a longer stay. It was easy to settle in right away and maintain a relaxed, day-to-day routine. Jessica, the owner, was fantastic throughout my stay. She was responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she was quick to help, which made a big difference. The location is another major highlight—situated in a great neighborhood that felt safe and convenient. Everything I needed was easily accessible, which made daily life simple and stress-free. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Home is spacious, well-stocked, and close to everything! Jessica (owner) made this a wonderful experience for my 6-month lease while I was working in a new city. More than enough space for 1-2 people. Always felt safe with security system, well lit, and friendly neighbors all around. Kitchen and laundry room well-stocked. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Welcoming Home

Home is very clean and cozy! Neighborhood is very safe and there is a hiking trail nearby as well that was nice to go to on days off. Very close to UAB and close to fun bars and restaurants in the downtown area. Driveway is steep, but the garage had more than enough space. Owner is very communicative and always responded to any questions or concerns that I had. She was also able to provide great recommendations for things to do near the area on off days. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay during my contract! 100% recommend!
