A hidden gem

I stayed in Kim and Jeffs ADU for 5 weeks. It is a wonderful place - feels like a home with all the amenities one needs or wants. Its extremely comfortable, roomy, and bright. The main doors open to their lovely patio where I spent some of my time watching the butterflies. Both days and evenings are quiet and at night, conducive to a good nights sleep. This tiny home is a hidden gem. I was so glad to have found it and stayed in it. Kim and Jeff are wonderful hosts and totally non-intrusive. When I am back in the area, I can only hope that is it available for me to return.

Lovely Palos Verdes ADU

I stayed with Kim and Jeff for a week while visiting family in the South Bay. The home was spacious, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home! And, they are excellent hosts!

Awesome home in nice quiet neighborhood.

I've lived here for about seven months now. The place is really beautiful, very sunny, and perfect for a single person. The landlord Kimbery and Jeff are extra nice and is ready to help with everything and very accommodating. It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach which makes it perfect for anyone that wants to be close to the beach without it being too noisy. Had absolutely no issues and would love to stay here again
