The loft serves as a secondary, quieter more private lounging area. There is a view of our backyard from the loft window.

Half bathroom. We renovated the suite to include a second toilet and sink for functionality.

Separate stairway to guest bedrooms and loft (on the opposite end of the main house for privacy)

Common living space and kitchen includes 4 barstools, a small dining table and couch.

Guest full kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, electric griddle, pots, pans, flatware and basic pantry items and spices.

Downstairs living room and kitchen area has lots of natural light and your own access to the backyard.

Separate front entryway. Storm door is key accessed and the main door is electronically accessed.

Tenant review

I very much enjoyed my 8 months here. The landlord Donnikah is extremely welcoming and kind. Multiple times a week she personally cleans the whole living area and the bedrooms which is extremely refreshing after coming home from a long day. The shower water is nice and hot and the air conditioning works great. Good TV downstairs and lots of living space. The house is very conveniently located with grocery stores and other amenities very close by.

Best place Ive ever stayed in

I would like to start this review saying WOW! This is the best place Ive ever stayed in. Ive lived here for 1 and a half year and I have only positive things to say about this place. Not only the house is beautiful but also the family renting the apartment. Since day one they really made me part of their family. They are extremely caring and available for anything you will ever need. They are great people to hang around and if you are around them the fun will never end. They are also very respectful about privacy and respecting boundaries, so if you are a person who prefer to stay on its own they will totally respect that. The apartment is immaculate: in part because all the tenants that lived here placed effort in keeping the house clean, but the biggest effort comes from the landlord, Donnikah, who always makes sure that the apartment is in perfect conditions in order to give us the best experience. For me this place became more than just an apartment, it became what I call Home!

Lovely place

I would be extremely happy to write a review for this place. I really liked staying in this property for the last 2 months. It felt like home away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The landlord is very welcoming and extremely warm. They are very nice people. The kitchen has all the amenities too. The hall is spacious either. Overall, I will recommend this place 10/10 to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in chino.

Home away from home

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The host's hospitality, spacious rooms, and convenient location all contribute to making it an excellent choice. The host is super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She was always there to listen to concerns and prompt with fixing any issues. Rooms are extremely spacious and equipped with everything one might require. There is plenty of space to relax, thanks to the big common area adjacent to the rooms, and the living/dining space on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights of this property is its convenient location. It's close to several necessary amenities. It's incredibly convenient for everyday needs. The house is routinely cleaned, ensuring a clean space. Overall, I had a brilliant stay. Host family is incredibly kind, loving and endearing, making me feel right at home. It's truly a beautiful place to live in.
