Perfect Location
We were there for 4months for my clinical rotations. It was so close to UMC and Children's. The neighborhood is nice, and the church nearby was great. The house is so cute, clean, and stocked with everything we needed.

Always a wonderful stay
We have stayed here 2 years in a row now for 6 months each stay. D & L are very attentive and quick to assist if there are any needs- which there rarely are! The house is stocked with literally anything you need- spices, cooking utensils, daily items, cleaning supplies, bath towels, beach towels, night lights, extra sheets, etc. It is very clean and spacious. The beds are extremely comfy and the master room is an interior room so it can be dark any time you need it to! The house is on a cute little street in a very safe area. Even staying there alone as a woman I never felt unsafe in any way. It is an amazing location to downtown and the West Side. I highly recommend staying here- you will never regret it! If we find ourselves back in EP we no doubt will try to get this place for a third time
