Apt 2 Renovated 1 Bedroom

I lived here for quite some time and had a lot of issues while living there. The house is old and basically all of the work done to it is cosmetic and done by the owner. Many things are not up to code including the electric which will regularly cause the breaker to flip, a breaker you don't have access to because it's in another unit. The owner attacked me via text over electric use in the winter even though he left both window unit a/c's in for the full winter despite multiple opportunities to remove them and there being no individual meters on the units. He also held my deposit until I threatened to take them to court and file a complaint with the city. There is also a boy living upstairs who is very creepy and aggressive he will stomp around and slam things constantly. More than once I was woken at 2 in the morning by one of his roommates pounding on the door because they'd locked themselves out. The most the owner did was give me a decibel reader. So much more but I'm out of space.
