Doctor-Hosted 2BR - Front Unit

AMAZING STAY!!

My partner and I were truly amazed by the property. We cook a lot, so having an updated kitchen with new appliances and cookware was great. The beds were very comfy in both rooms, and the bathroom is huge! We loved the area we were in as downtown San Jose is right down the road with plenty of yummy food options and things to do. We have nothing but great things to say about Enoch. As a travel RN, coming to a new area can be challenging. However, Enoch made us feel at home and gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. He was very responsive and attentive. Any issue we had, he responded almost immediately and was available to help. We're sad to be leaving this cozy home in San Jose, but we know if we ever come back this is a must stay for us!

Great Find

Stayed at this apartment for about 4.5 months and dont have a bad thing to report about the apartment or landlord! Enoch was very responsive if we needed anything, very friendly and had good recommendations for the area. We had our cat with us and he loved it as much as we did! Will be back if we make our way to San Jose again.

Deposit not return and double charge electricity

I rented the place for three months, but the owner hasn't returned my $1500 deposit. Additionally, the house has both a front and back unit, yet there is only one electricity meter. The owner is using the same electric bill to charge both units, which I believe amounts to double charging for electricity.
