Perfection

The apartment was exactly as it shows and was very comfortable! Giovanni was very responsive and accommodating for the time I was there and would communicate if anything came up. The neighborhood was quiet. It is really close to most hospitals making the commute really easy. Thank you Giovanni for letting us stay!

The Place Was Spacious and Clean

We were surprized to see a spacious place and the building was nice and we have all we need inside. Even the washer and dryer were big. The landlord, Giovanni was also helpful to all the things we need. We can text or call him easily and he will respond in no time.

We stayed at Giovanni's place during a travel assignment in Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, the place is close to the hospital and convenient location close to freeway99. I highly recommend this place. He is easy to communicate and transaction has been smooth since day one.

Great unit and close to hospital

My partner and I stayed here while I was on a travel contract, and we were very pleased with the experience. The property is essentially brand new, featuring easy-to-clean floors throughout. Its equipped with multiple split AC units, a spacious and modern washer and dryer, and exterior cameras that provided an added sense of securityshowing that Gio genuinely cares about the safety of his tenants. The designated parking spaces were a major plus, and Gio was consistently responsive whenever we had questions. They even upgraded the Wi-Fi during our stay, and its now extremely fast!

While booking an assignment at Bakersfield, I was fortunate enough to stumble on this perfectly situated and spacious unit that has all the basic amenities. A fridge, laundry unit, stove, you name it. Its quaint and a very good size for 1-2 people. The doors have a gated exterior with cameras installed so the landlord is big on safety. I would 1000% stay here again. Giovanni, the landlord is such a pleasure to work with. He is quick with his responses and ensures you have a satisfying stay.

This was the perfect location for my stay because it was quiet and very clean! It also was in walking distance of not only my hospital assignment, but it is also walking distance from many convenient stores and grocery items. Gio was a great landlord that provided me a comfortable and affordable place to rest during my assignment. If I ever have to head back to Bakersfield, I will surely check for any availabilities at this property first!

Wonderful stay!

very clean. every detail of the place was very thought out and made it easy for my long surgery days. cannot recommend this place enough. the only issue was the wifi but other than that I had no complaints.

Stayed at the property as a traveling nurse on assignment. Great place to stay highly recommend. Comfortable and clean with a great location close to many local businesses. Giovanni was a very pleasant and helpful landlord during my time at this location.
