Really enjoyed this spot!! Lived here for 8 ish months

Kirkland is an awesome landlord, he makes sure that you get what you need for the palce and the apartment has alot of charm. pretty spacious and is walking distance to pretty much everything you could need. Definaltey downtown so you get the plus and minus of that but I really enjoyed living here. I felt safe and was a young woman living with her bf.

I could not recommend this apartment enough. This place is amazing and in the best location with stylish furniture. You can walk anywhere you need; grocery, hikes, every hospital (I am a nurse) , public transport (trax), bars. Also, as a single woman, it is very safe. The landlord answers very quick and is on top of every question you could have. 10/10
