Walkable neighborhood

I loved living in this small apartment. The landlord lives close by and is quick to respond if theres a problem. Theres a park and great trails for dog walking. There are restaurants and a cooperative grocery a 10 minute walk away. Its close enough to downtown to take a 20 minute walk to the farmers market, baseball game or other events. The neighbors are nice and keep an eye on the place. Its about a 10 minute drive from Duke University.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient for me and the dog

My dog and I had a great little stay. The place was very nicely appointed, very quiet, and close to anything we wanted to do downtown. I cooked a few times, and the kitchen had everything I needed. And the dog loved the neighborhood walks. There were sidewalks and the traffic was very low around the apartment. M was very easy to deal with, and she provided some helpful advice about getting around town. (I lived in Durham years ago, and the place has changed tremendously since then.)
