Loved it!

Had a great time at Yalila's place! Stayed for two months on a rotation at UF Shands for my graduate school program and had no issues. 7 minutes away from the hospital, great location, clean and quiet unit, felt safe in the area and at home as well. Yalila was always responsive to my texts if I needed anything, she's very kind and sweet. Would stay here and recommend her again!

Place was quiet and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Host was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great short-term stay location for access to the university/hospital and safe for females living alone!

Yalila is a spectacular host! She responded to my questions in a timely manner and made sure I felt at home. There were a couple of instances where I needed assistance at the site and she was able to send help very quickly! The unit's location was great as a graduate student who spent my weekdays on campus near the hospital, and I felt very safe within the complex as a female living alone. It is located close to a main road where it is easy to hear the outside commotion, but I was very thankful for the easy access to the bus stop outside of the complex. Yalila had plenty of linens and cleaning/cooking supplies. I also appreciated the natural sunlight and large amount of space the unit provided. The full bathroom upstairs would have been a challenge for me to share with another individual, but it was perfect just for me! I would recommend this unit and Yalila's properties to other graduate students or traveling healthcare workers looking for a short-term living space!

Gainesville Home Away From Home

Property is exactly like the pictures! Place was spotless and cleaned very nice. Unit has the necessities and everything you'll need. Yalila was a blessing to me during my stay. She checked on me frequently and always answered quickly. It was great coming home to a clean space in a nice neighborhood. Unit is close to the dumpster and pool. Neighbors are nice, quiet, and friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.

The best experience

I stayed in the house for 6 months and the experience was amazing. The house has everything you need and its very close to the Vet Hospital and Medical hospital too. Thanks Yalila for everything. I really recommend the place!
