Highly Recommend this Rental!!

I have been renting from Randy and Kim for almost 2 years, and I am beyond sad to be leaving! My entire rental experience has been amazing in all aspects: the property, the amenities, the neighborhood, and the landlords themselves! The property itself provides plenty of privacy and space for 1-2 people to live comfortably! The inside comes fully stocked and furnished with all the appliances you may need and more. Everything is new/well-kept inside and outside the property as well, with access to a relaxing backyard. The landlord is very attentive and responsive to any of your needs, whether you have issues with appliances or would like to be informed about events in the neighborhood. They are always considerate and helpful. The neighborhood itself is very safe and quiet. I have never had any issues since I've been here for over a year. Seriously, an amazing rental, and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this rental. Cant say enough good things. Randy and Kim are amazing!
