1 bedroom unit

I have enjoyed staying at Kara's studio so much. It has been perfect for me and my 3 small dogs. It is small, however, I was able to fit all of my things effortlessly and being able to store extra items in the garage was very helpful. There is also a deep freezer to be able to buy in bulk. Kara furnished it beautifully and the mattress is so comfy. She is also such a great landlord and is quick to respond when I need it! Having the washer and dryer was also so great. I was worried the kitchen would be too small to do all of my meal prepping but it actually worked just fine and I had enough space. Also the large deck was so lovely! I was able to put a hammock on it and watch the sunset every night in the summer. It was so peaceful. The location is great as well. It's just a quick 5 minute drive in New Castle and 20 minute drive to Glenwood Springs. I am definitely going to miss this place! It was perfect for my needs. P.S: I stayed here from 5/4/2024-2/7/2025.
