Chris & Jennifers Condo
My Husband and I stayed at this Wonderful, Clean ,Updated and Quite Property for one Month. Chris and Jennifer have gone the extra mile to make Guest feel comfortable in their newly remodeled Condo.. They are extremely Kind , Caring , Professional and Communicative while at the same time being very attentive to detail for their Guest! The Condo is extremely Clean and has Comfortable Beautiful New Decor and Bedding along with New Furniture, New Cookware, Dishes and Ample New Bed Sheets that have never been opened! We Highly Recommend this Condo and Renting From Chris and Jennifer !!! They r the BEST!!

Amazing Condo!
I recently stayed at this property for about 3 months while on assignment at Novant Forsyth! The property was 7 mins away from the hospital with hardly any traffic! A major plus while working night shift! The property was extremely clean and decorated very nicely. Jennifer and Chris were very attentive during my stay and if anything was needed or questions arose they responded almost immediately. This was very appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Winston Salem. The area was always quiet, close to tons of food spots, and right around the corner from shopping malls! 11/10 recommend the owners and property!

I stayed at the property for my 13 week contract at Baptist. It's in a prime location. 10mins from the hospital. Walkable to Harris Teeter. Minutes away from all local shopping (target, the mall, Starbucks). Very quiet area. I hardly even noticed the neighbor which was great because I was a night shift nurse. Very safe area. One of those places that you could leave your package on the door step for a week & it would still be there. Or leave your door open for a breeze & would be fine. Lots of parking outside. Black out curtains. Everything you would need in a place like extra linens, kitchen things, extra blankets. Cute balcony area overlooking the backyard". I was sad to leave this place!! I highly recommend it to any other traveler especially a night shift one because of how quiet & dark both rooms get. The owners had quick response times, gave me recommendations, anything I needed fixed" got fixed within 24hrs, very accommodating. I'm very sad to have moved out!
