My fianc and I absolutely loved our time at Natalie and Josiah's property. The house was super clean on arrival and very comfortable for both us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed having a fenced in back yard but there is also a cute little park right down the road we could walk the boys to. Both Natalie and Josiah were super easy to contact and always addressed any questions/needs in a timely matter. They went above and beyond to make sure our entire stay was comfortable. The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. It is conveniently located to both hospitals in the area as well as to all the shopping we needed. Even the neighbors were friendly. Would 100%recommend this home.

Three months in Springfield

My family and I stayed here for our contracts at Peacehealth. When I first inquired about the property they were very quick to answer and prompt getting the lease and everything ready for us to be there. The app for rent was easy and everything communication wise the whole time we were there was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great spot in Springfield. The neighborhood was quiet and my two kids were outside up and down the blocks almost everyday. We walked or biked to the stores a lot and downtown and even to the river. There is a great, calm bike trail down the pioneer parkway, the coast is one hour away, the mountains and rivers are amazing. Three months wasnt enough time to enjoy all Springfield and its surrounding areas and we would have loved to continue staying in the house if we were extended. The master bedroom was just right , the upstairs bedroom, very amazing and cozy, then the other bedroom downstairs just worked perfectly for us. Something I loved was the extra closets for cleaning supplies, vacuum, everything else, was great to have. The gated backyard, front porch, large driveway made relaxing outside private and nice. The best part is the hugeeeeeee windows in the living and dining area, it just brightens up the whole house. We loved it, loved everything about it and RiverBend was a great hospital, very beautiful too. Great place to start if youve never been to Oregon or the west coast before like us.

Comfortable, clean, everything I needed

I stayed at the Home Away From Home for almost four months, and it was very easy to get very comfortable quickly here! The house has everything I needed from basic toiletries to cleaning supplies to kitchen wares. All I needed to pack were my clothes and daily essentials. The house's finishing were all brand new, and the furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. The neighborhood is conveniently located minutes from my work downtown (I walked or biked most days) and with convenient access to I-5 and Centennial Boulevard. Some of my favorite parts- the off street driveway, the heating/cooling units (my stay spanned multiple seasons), the ease of communicating with the owners (who were always very prompt and friendly), the master bathroom's walk in shower, and the high speed internet! Would 100% stay here again!
