Great time at Precita

I had a wonderful time at Precita during my stay -- Yasi has a cute, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything one may need, an inspiring space with lots of colors and arts. The house is located in a convenient spot next to many bus lines and a 20min walk from BART. Yasi was willing to share her knowledge of San Francisco with me generously, in fact, she became an important part of my San Francisco journey! There lives a wonderful cat in the house as well, Ziggy, so one more friendly face around. I recommend a stay here.

Good Atmosphere, Great Location.

This place has a nice feeling to it. Very cute and homey with nice sunlight light and a great location. It was easy to walk to cool coffee spots and restaurants and very conveniently close to the freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment very close to the mission and SF general

Fantastic apartment and very close to the Mission District and ten mins walking distance SF General/CPMC Bernal. Seriously loved the location. Its very close to Precita Park and Precita Park Cafe (excellent coffee and breakfasts). Parking is quite easy plus the Mission is walkable + lots of good public transportation. The apartment is very clean, living room is beautifully furnished, kitchen/bathroom immaculate. Bedroom is decently sized, I wish there was more storage in the bedroom that is all. Yasi was a great hostess and I would recommend her place to anyone.

Awesome place, great location!

I enjoyed my stay so much. I wasn't entirely familiar with San Francisco but this neighborhood was my favorite so far, it's very walkable, has tons of great food, and lots to do. The apartment is cozy and so cute, I felt at home and would 100% come back.
