I had an amazing experience living here! The updated appliances give the apartment a modern and stylish feel, and everything works perfectly. The amenities are top-notch ,it really feels like luxury living. The landlord was professional, nice, and very accommodating throughout my stay, always responsive and willing to help whenever needed. The property is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great community atmosphere!

Absolutely Stunning Stay 10/10 Would Rent Again!

This home is everything you could ever want in a rental and more spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with cozy touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. The photos dont even do it justice its even more spacious, stylish, and welcoming in person.The kitchen was fully stocked (literally had everything I needed), the living area was so comfortable, and every room had this warm, inviting energy. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed. Whether youre looking for a relaxing getaway, a long-term stay, or a weekend escape, this place checks every box.The host deserves 5 stars alone super responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I cant stop recommending this house to my friends and family. Im already planning my next visit its that good! If youre thinking about booking do it. Youll fall in love the moment you arrive.

DO NOT STAY

Travelers I would avoid leasing this unit. Yes, its close to UMB and Hopkins, but in my years of traveling, Ive never encountered a rental owner like this one. When first speaking with the male owner, he slightly questioned me moving from a basement to a 2-bedroom home with a basement, I guess due to my age and not being sure if I could afford the cost, as if I am not a traveler and haven't lived in a house alone before or could even afforded it. You have to get your own insurance, which is not detailed on the listing. The area is technically subsidized housing where rent is less than 1k, but the owner bought several of them and jacked the prices up (per several family members on the block). The last traveler left early because of the issues reported by several family members on the block. As soon as you step out the front door, it's typically always filled with a lot of trash (its gotten better, but its absolutely a trash dump).

This home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The location was idealclose to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, but still peaceful. The landlord is incredibly responsive and accommodating! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing home.
