Charming Apartment

Absolutely charming apartment with all necessary amenities! Walking/jogging distance to the beach, local cafes, restaurants, etc. James is a fantastic landlord with excellent communication. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

Coastal Cute and Cozy

I really enjoyed my stay in this clean and cozy duplex just a mile from the ocean. A walkable neighborhood with a public swimming pool just a block away. Private off-street parking, with a back door entrance for carrying in groceries. A full kitchen with everything I needed to cook and bake. The apartment has all the essentials, including a washer and dryer, and an Amazone Fire TV on a rolling cart that I could conveniently move around the room or to and from the living room and bedroom. I found all the fast food I needed just blocks away, and when I had time for haute cuisine I found delicious international cuisine everywhere around the bay. There is so much to do and see here, ride a bike, hike the hills or jog along the beach. I loved driving to beautiful Big Sur or spending a fun day on the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. I would highly recommend Costal Vibes to anyone needing a cute and convenient location in the beautiful Monterey Bay Peninsula.

great location, great property

I have stayed in this property for over 8 months and can say that it is home away from home! James has been so accommodating, accessible, and approachable throughout my stay. He has been welcoming from the moment Ive met him and would check in with me once in a while to make sure I am comfortable and I have everything I would need in the place. He is also big on ensuring that I have privacy, which is very much appreciated. The full size kitchen, laundry and spacious bathroom were the best parts for me- it has made staying in this house convenient and overall homey. I enjoyed the nice outdoor space and parking that is dedicated to the renter. Having my car in a spot where I can see it from the kitchen is also comforting and convenient when I have to carry things into the house. Above all, the location is my favorite aspect of this house. Im a traveler at Natividad and enjoyed the beautiful daily commute of getting onto hwy 1, especially in the mornings. During my time off from work, I got to enjoy everything that the Monterey Peninsula can offer since all the beautiful beaches and great restaurants are so accessible. I overall enjoyed this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun and accessible place to stay at while traveling!
