Excellent residence!
This is a very clean, and enjoyable, cozy daylight basement apartment, with an electric fireplace (heater), and air conditioning (rarely needed). Things I loved about this dwelling were the furnished items such as a comy sofa, a nice double bed, closet space, a kitchenette, food storage space, and an excellent full bath. The morning sun comes into the bedroom making each morning seem special. If you want some air, you can head up to the top deck and look West and gaze on Bellingham Bay, or look South to see the WWU hill, and most of downtown Bellingham - and enjoy a cup of morning coffee or afternoon tea there, or watch the sun go down to cocktails. Elizabeth Station is across the street whose pizza is excellent Also adjacent to Elizabeth Station is Narrative Coffee. I used to do my runs up to and around Elizabeth Park. Walking distance to downtown B-ham! Can't beat the price, and a cool, fun landlord!
