I disagree with the review below. Simone was easy to work with, attentive, and communicative (although we did not need much). The unit was very clean and quiet; we never heard the neighbor next door, and he's a musician. All linen and towels were provided but we did bring our own since we travel with our dog. Did not get charged for use of the trash can, shower curtain, and laundry basket but also returned both in the same condition we received it. As for the parking spot, the neighbor next door (Johnny) told us he likes to park there when he knows no one is in the unit but will move it - but we preferred to park on the street, right outside the unit. The neighborhood may look unsafe, but we never felt unsafe and all the neighbors we met were super lovely and friendly. There's a park right out back which was great for walking our dog.

BEWARE

Potential renters BEWARE, and be prepared not to receive your full deposit upon move out. I was charged for a buffering TV. The area is not good at all, and if you do take a chance on renting from this landlord be advised that she does not provide new bedding, and will simply charge you for a cob web on the wall. The assigned parking spot is a joke, someone will always park there and when you report it, you will be told to write a note and place it on the car in the spot. She is new to the furnished finder family, and it is very apparent. I've been doing this for some time now, and it is very obvious that she's new to this. If you want to replace items like a laundry basket (Dollar Tree), trash can, shower curtains and liner, bedding, and a buffering TV, things that come with pretty much normal wear and tear, go ahead and take your chances.
