Great little house and location for Sioux City

If you dont like apartment life this little house is perfect for you. Its a corner house in a quite neighborhod with lots of privacy. The landlord is awsome and goes out of their way to make your stay a great experience. I was there for 6 mon and I can truely say it was the best rental I have stayed in to date. If and when Im back in this area I will be looking up Sis to find another rental to stay in.

Best Rental Ever

I've traveled across the US and used this app a lot in my 6 years of traveling, and I got to say that this was the best stay I've been in. It's a nice and comfortable house. Comfortable bed, fast WiFi, and great layout of the house. Never ran into issues with bugs or neighbors. Sis is an awesome landlord that is quick to reply and is always willing to help with any issue I've had. I 100% recommend this place.

Super Cute and cozy home away from home!

I have been a traveling nurse for over 5 years and I have to say this place is the best place I have stayed at on assignment. Its super cute and clean.The beds are comfortable. Its in a quiet neighborhood. My dogs and I loved it. The owner is the best, also! She gave me a face time video tour of the house before I rented it. Check in is super easy. She also has a welcome package for you when you check in. She is readily available if you were to need anything and if shes not available, her son is. Her son mows the lawn and will try to work around your working schedule in case you work nights and need to sleep during the day. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again! It definitely felt like my home away from home!
