Landlord review

I had the pleasure of staying with Miss Chantell for 6 weeks. I had a clinical rotation at a Nursing facility, and Miss Chantell's property was nearby. Miss Chantell was a great host. She was very understanding of my needs, and went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was a bit uneasy with staying in a basement, but thankfully this was a very efficient unit that helped me save money as opposed to getting a full property. The unit can get hot during the summer, but Miss Chantell offered a fan to help with that. She even offered me vegetables from her garden. Miss Chantell has the unit supplied with pretty much everything you should need. The hot plate helps deal with not having a full kitchen. Overall this was a great option for a temporary stay of 6 weeks.

Wonderful Cozy Stay

It was a pleasure staying with Miss Chantell! She welcomed me and was very helpful with anything i needed during my relocation to the area. The space was the perfect size for my short term stay and provided privacy with the separate entrance. Toiletries and kitchenette utensils & electronics provided was a nice addition, not to mention her beautiful backyard space. Sounds from upstairs were minimal and her communication was very courteous if there was any additional noise. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, close to lots of stores/food & about a 35 minute commute to the city. thanks again to her family for a great stay :)
