A great place to stay!! Very clean and close to several restaurants, breweries, and trails. The neighborhood is wonderful and only a few minutes from the hospital. I cant recommend this property enough!

Avondale beauty

The property was perfect. Great location very clean very comfortable Trey the owner was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was home and hated to leave. If I had a problem or question Trey was right on top of it. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Five stars for this property and it's owner

Great Location!

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, updated and conveniently located. We loved the restaurants nearby and that we could walk to dinner or the brewery nearby. There is also private parking in the driveway so we didn't have to park on the street. Plus it is so close to the hospital - only took 6 minutes without traffic to get there. The host's communication when we needed anything was excellent. I will def stay here again.

Great Stay in Avondale!!

It was so nice to stay at a home instead of an apartment. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to come home and be able to recharge. My commute to work (the hospital) was around 7 min with minimal traffic. I was able to walk to several restaurants, events, church and the salon. Carrying in groceries was a breeze and the kitchen was up to date with everything I needed, including a snack basket from the owner that I didn't need;)!! I enjoyed walking my dog to Avondale Brewing and meeting new people and watching some cool bands. I discovered what I think is called the Rotary Trail a couple blocks from the house that was amazing and allowed me to walk safely for miles around Bham with my dog and see some cool sites! This place was comfortable and safe and I think contributed to a newfound love for Bham! I definitely recommend for the convenience, location, safety and venues nearby! I will be back Avondale and I'll be staying here!
