Luxurious and family-friendly retreat

This is a truly beautiful home with marble tile throughout, thoughtful decor and luxury finishes. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The living room is great for hosting friends or just chilling for a family movie night on the huge 75 4K TV. The gated courtyard provided an extra layer of privacy and security, making it ideal for families. With the palms and trees in the front, we truly felt like we were staying in a peaceful oasis. As a working dad, the office space and high-speed WiFi were great for remote work I needed to do. I also loved getting up a few minutes early, before the demands of the day and starting my day with a cup of coffee and the warmth of the sunrise pouring into the living room through the latticework of the glass front doors. The villas location is also a major plus, so close to downtown Phoenix, as well as medical centers and multiple parks within a 5 minute radius, with playgrounds for our kids.

Extended Stay at the Marble Villa

Our long stay, as a family of 4, was very comfortable here in Phoenix. The AC on a hot day was such a blessing and the easy location to downtown, the Diamondback Stadium, the airport, local hospitals and eateries, as well as, easy access to the highways made it an excellent location in Phoenix. The house is large with beautiful marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and a nice living room. You can fit at least 3 vehicles on the property so if you're traveling with a group that's a bonus. There's a pack n play, high chair, and children's dishes which are a big plus if you're traveling with little ones. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are considerate. The landlord is exceptionally easy to communicate with and is very kind and accommodating.

Close to Airport and Central Location

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful marble villa, we were immediately impressed. The property was exactly as describedsleek, spacious, and clean, with beautiful decor. Plenty of space, just like the photos. A nice escape in the middle of the city. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa from the gorgeous marble dining table to the fully equipped kitchenwe had everything we needed, just like home for our longer stay. The villa had everything we needed for an extended stay. Reliable WiFi made it easy to work remotely while enjoying a comfortable, relaxing environment. Communication with the landlord was seamless from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and professional, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and stress-free, even offering great local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and nearby coffee shops. The secure property and gated courtyard, very tall compound walls gave us peace of mind, and the convenient locationjust minutes from the airport, hospitals, and downtown Phoenixwas ideal. We also appreciated how easy the move-in and move-out process was. The landlords flexibility made it clear they truly care about their guests. Having free parking, charging stations for our work devices, and pet-friendly accommodations made this stay feel even more tailored to our needs. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. Whether you're in town for work, a family vacation, or a special event, this villa offers both luxury and convenience in a stunning setting. We were sad to leave and will certainly be back next time were in the area!
