Spring Street Review

I stayed at Marks place for 5 months while working nearby, and I couldnt have asked for a better setup. The unit was cozy, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent walkable to just about everything, which made daily life super convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed, and having laundry on-site was a big plus. Off street parking was a fantastic included amenity as well. Mark was very responsive and a great host throughout my stay. Id absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to Portland, whether for work or a longer stay.

Mark's place is great! I stayed here during a month long rotation at Maine Med. It's quiet, has a nice kitchen, laundry on site. I didn't have a car, so the central location with amenities in walking distance was a huge plus. The shower is very small, so if you're a tall person it might be challenging. Mark was super responsive, I would absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing spot!

Stayed here for 6 months working as a travel nurse at Maine Med. Walking to work everyday was my highlight, takes 10 mins and the street is beautiful. Cozy bedroom and you can literally walk everywhere. Mark is a great host and the apartment is just perfect. I will be renting this place again if I go back to Maine Medical someday! Sad to go! Highly recommend this spot!
