Home away from Home
As a first-time traveler I was scared to move from home to a new town, however I found this Kerrville gem, a place I call my second home. From my first conversation with Karen, I felt welcome and safe. The place is beautiful; it had all the essentials I needed to enjoy my stay. Karen received me with a welcome Basket full of local goodies and literature to help me get to know the town. She even gave me personal recommendations of great places and restaurants. Karen went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. She is an amazing host!!! The area is quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. This place is close to everything. The decor is chic, and the tiny house is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed the outside patio where I was able to BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine while listening to my favorite music. The landscaping is full of gorgeous flowers and decor. I recommend this place 110 %. Thank you, Karen, for being such a wonderful host.

beautiful little house.
The very first day I set foot in this house, I instantly felt right at home. The owner Karen even left a gift basket with some goodies for me to enjoy. Thank you Karen for your warm accomodation. This house has pretty much all the essentials to make it your own. This house is very nice and clean; It has a comfy bed , nice stand up shower and equipped with a solid wifi connection. It is located 5 minutes away from Peterson hospital with made it much easier for me to commute to work. I can certainly recommend this place to anyone who comes in to visit or work in Kerrville.

Perfect Tiny House
I was fortunate enough to spend time in the Perfect Tiny House in Kerrville, Texas. The house is newly renovated. The furnishings are new including an air-fryer, microwave, and an outdoor grill. There is plenty of space for cooking and a very comfortable living area. The covered patio is a perfect spot for early morning coffee or an after work treat. The location is a 5 minute drive to the grocery store/ Walmart/ and local restaurants. The Perfect Tiny House is a neat, clean, and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Oh, and of course, the landlady is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable about the area.
