Overall clean and convenient

I stayed in the upstairs studio suite within this house. Pros: -Convenient with the hospital in walking distance and grocery stores about 10 minutes away -Very clean and spacious unit -Safe neighborhood -Responsive landlord who quickly fixed the few issues that came up and maintains the property well Cons: -the landlord often entered the property with very short notice to do odd and in things(once with ~5 minute warning) -sometimes I would notice that someone had entered the property while I was away, though I was never notified that'd there would be a visitation in my absence. -the landlord monitors the residents coming and going very closely with ring cameras on front and back doors -the house is on a busy road and beside a stadium that can be noisy

comfort and style

I found this house to be stylish and very safe and comfortable. It was a 3 min walk to work across the street to CRMC. The area is close to a University so sometimes I heard cheers from the stadium. Otherwise it was great for a night shifter (me). I had a room mate upstairs and I could not hear any noise from the upstairs. My room was spacious for my needs and it was great having a full kitchen and washer dryer. I loved the large downstairs bathroom. It was huge. There was a slight smell of cigarette that I vanquished with a room air freshener plug in. I loved the look and space of the entire downstairs. I never ventured upstairs, so no review for that area. The landlord provided all cleaning supplies I needed to keep the home clean downstairs. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but I travel with a memory foam topper. So quick fix. As I was moving out, they did bring in new memory foam mattresses, so lucky for the next renters. I would love to stay here again if ever in the area again

CRMC Convenience

I worked at Capital Region Medical Center for a contract and this place was perfect! Just a couple of minute walk to work which saved on gas and it's conveniently located to whatever you need in town. The house was well equipped, quiet, and the separate A/C unit in the upper bedroom was a life saver over the summer. Owner was very responsive and kept up on maintenance well. I would definitely stay here again.
