Peaceful stay
I recently finished a contract at UVA. Phyllis is a very kind and accommodating host. I had everything I needed to make this stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you go to Charlottesville.

Wonderful Stay!
I recently finished a contract in Charlottesville, and stayed @ this property. Phyllis is a wonderful person to know, and made the stay an enjoyable one. She is quick to address any concerns, (there were none) and is respectful of privacy. Clean and quiet surroundings, and a brand new mattress! This is a great rental if you are in the Charlottesville area!!! Thank you Phyllis!
